Some time back, I did write abit on BoA releasing her 2010 calendar soon.
As nearer the date for BoA 2009 X’mas Live, BoA 2010 calendar have cover preview have been release too. It is a small snapshot, but it look good.  Maybe they will be selling BoA 2010 calendar in the X’mas Live.

Another new was reasing around the net, CD Japan had announce that BoA 7th Japanese Album is cancel. The source stated that they received a letter from Avex. No specific reason was stated. I guess, we have to wait for exact news to confirm this.

Korean Singer Kwon BoA, producer for her upcoming 7th Japanese album in year 2010

There is news going stating that according to SM entertainment announcement that Korean Singer Kwon BoA will have her hands on producing and making her upcoming 7th Japanese Album. BoA 7th Japanese album is schedule to be release on 13 January 2010. This is rather fast, as BoA usually released her Japanese album in February hence many guess that the early release is due to her 10 years anniversary for next year 2010.

Since BoA will be producer for her own 7th Japanese Album, BoA plans to include her own composed songs in as well as included her 2 singles recently Bump Bump! Feat. Verbal(m-flo) and Mamoritai ~White Wishes~(まもりたい～White Wishes～).

However, with regards to BoA making a comeback to the Korean music  in 2010, the source mentioned that no plan have been finalized yet. It might be a disappointing news here, but if fan interpret this, it means there is plan but have not been confirm, so let wait for more news to be confirm on this. I guess BoA will be busy promoting in Japan too for now till her end of promoting of BoA new 7th Japanese Album and perhaps a concert.

BoA The Live 2009 Xmas Concert will be happening in December at Tokyo International Forum Hall as well. BoA never fail to have a X’mas concert since 2006.

Kwon BoA Clothing Fashion Style #2 – Army Style

The last post I talk about BoA with her boots and shorts dressing. Today will continue some again.
These pictures were taken from BoA performancing at a event in Japan during 2008, if i remembered correctly.

BoA’s top T-Shirt are from Ed Hardy, a famous brand from US which have unique and trendies design of tattoo on their stuffs.

BoA collaborate with the Ed Hardy in Japan for about 2 years. BoA releases 2 limited edition ed hardy designed caps altogether. In year 2007, BoA wore the Ed Hardly Cap in her Made in Twenty Live Tour 2007. That were the very first/two cap, that with BoA collaborate with Ed Hardy . Subsequent year, in year 2008, BoA had 2nd collaboration with Ed Hardy again, similarly this time BoA had another design for a cap with “BoA”, her name on the cap too. This time it is white in colour.

In fact, BoA’s Fan can try recalling that BoA actually wore Ed Hardy Cap even way before the collaboration, which is in year 2005 where BoA released her 5th Korean album Girls on Top. BoA wore a pink Ed hardy cap and even T-Shirts on live performances and Music Video (Moto MV).

of a strong and boyish songs which required BoA to dance alot, and many of these live performance BoA wore strong character of clothing or army style of clothing.

I would say that asia had alot of army dressing after this. As i had seen aot of army designed long pants selling on street etc. Which had cause a small trend during that time.

I would like to share some of my views on the Fashion style that is on BoA and also other celebrities on my next few posts.
I would like to share my interest in what BoA is wearing etc. As I am fan of BoA and as well as loving her dressing style.

Personally, I love general all BoA’s clothing dressing style. Whether it is on stage or off stage.
Being a celebrity, BoA got to dressed in many style during on stage or during a release of album.
Very often, when a new album is release it is important to have a matching style of the dressing with the style of music. I guess many artists are like that. No surprise for BoA too.

BoA clothing fashion style on stages changes very fast. Look back, when she just debut, it was more of sporty and to portrait an health look. It might be due to BoA early debut when she was 13 years old too. At that point of time, most teenager will love the style.
When BoA debut in Korea at 13 year old. She often wore very hip hop clothing as in baggy pants and goes with a cap.
At that point of time, Korea seem to get alot of American or US music influence, therefore hip hop style might be the hotter trend at that time.
Many girl band groups like S.E.S(leaded by Bada) and Fink.L(leaded by Lee hyori) were into the hip hop fashion style too about 9- 10 years ago in Korea. Personally, I quite like Lee Hyori(Sexy Queen in Korea) style of dress lately too. I will share more later.

As time goes, BoA clothing fashion style evolves ever since she debuted. I notice a trend in her Fashion style when BoA is in Korea and in Japan is slightly different from each other.
Ever since, BoA releases her first Best Album, which is the BoA’s Best of Soul what when in year 2005. BoA clothing style in Japan turns into a more lady like style or another word, more famine. BoA used to be a more boyish look in her dressing when on stage or on camera. But BoA somehow dress more lady like and sweet style, as in more skirt dressing, more revealing(as in more of shorts). In year 2005, BoA focused on wearing shorts and boots in her Best of Soul concert.  As being a fan of BoA, we all know that before that she usually wear long pants rather than skirt, it might due to her massive dancing on stages too. Not sure how long have this style been, but she is the first person I get into that matches the shorts and boots really well. This shorts and boots trends have been awhile since BoA changes into another fashion style.

However, the boots fashion has been a long style for BoA, even now boots is still a very trendy and stylish footwear for female. Many female celebrities loves to wear boots on stage. Even the public try to show that images too. Slowly from shorts with boots BoA have divert it to dress/skirt with boot. In year 2006 – 2007, When BoA releases her single “dakishimeiru”, “Love Letter” and “Lose your mind” when she did live performances, dress with boots and it really pulls off on BoA. She look real good on them. Compare to boots with shorts, this is more girl look. Most guys would love this i guess.

From then onwards, Asian trends of wearing boots have increasing even until today. I would say many influence from Korea and Japan, as we got alot of influence from these 2 countries at that time, where Kpop and Jpop is a demand in the market. Only till early this year BoA loves for boots are less on the screen.

I recently have been looking at some clothing lines of celebrities as well, and come across Miley Cyrus clothing line, she has been rather famous recently and her clothing line has been officially launched, so I guess more infomation on Miley Cyrus clothing line or fashion will be coming in the way very soon. Fan of Miley Cyrus, be sure not to miss it.

I will stop here today, and will share more clothing style from Singer Kwon BoA from Korea and others like Lee Hyori etc.

BoA Mamoritai ~White Wishes~(まもりたい～White Wishes～) Single cover has been out.

Personally, I think it look nice, very natural.
It style of BoA somehow reminds me of BoA back in 2006, where she is wearing come coat outside.
I love her this kind of style, where clothes have a few layers.
I will go dig out some of her this style next time.
The different of now and in the past is of course due to BoA short hair cut.
Some may think it more boyish look with the short hair, but I think pull off really well.

This is crazy, BoA release so many thing in a week. This MV focus so much on BoA.
No one else appear in BoA Mamoritai ~White Wishes~ MV/PV.
I like the setting of this BoA Mamoritai ~White Wishes~(まもりたい～White Wishes～) Music Video. The colour the background, it suit the whole song so nicely, although i might not know what it means, but one thing about BoA ballad is I always have a very strong feeling when hearing BoA’s ballad songs/mp3s.
The way she sing it is so powerful and leaving a strong sadness in it.

I really enjoy it, when I first heard about BoA Mamoritai ~White Wishes~(まもりたい～White Wishes～), I fall in love immediately.

BoA Bump Bump! Feat.Verbal(m-flo)~Dance Edit~ MV is finally being release. It is fast ah, the single is actually out in tomorrow.

I seriously love this MV very much. BoA is really amazing, BoA dance is so cool and strong.
They replace the verbal part with more BoA dances moves, and this BoA Bump Bump! Feat.Verbal(m-flo)~Dance Edit~ MV typically only have BoA and her dancer only. So much focus on BoA dances moves.

BoA IZM Feat.Verbal(M-Flo)

BoA IZM Feat.Verbal(M-Flo) full song/mp3 is out. No surprise, since the BoA Bump Bump! Feat.Verbal(m-flo) is officially release today. However, BoA’s fans should still get this fantastic single.

I would say BoA IZM Feat.Verbal(M-Flo) is quite a different style of song so far. Can’t really recall that if BoA sang similar such song.
However, it was quite a new style to me, she has sang it in such a different way that is quite refreshing.

After hearing it, I have a rather different view of this song from IZM preview.
BoA IZM mp3 is still as good, maybe I was expecting a rather more ballad or sad song.
It turn out to be quite different and was quite surprising.
Good job for BoA and Verbal, great collaboration for this Bump Bump! single.

Good news today.
BoA Mamoritai ~White Wishes~(まもりたい～White Wishes～) will be out for sale on 9 December.

BoA has been very active lately in Japan.
First, is her Bump Bump! Feat Verbal(m-flo) Single
Second, BoA Mamoritai ~White Wishes~(まもりたい～White Wishes～) Single
Third, there is a BoA Christmas Live Concert 2009 coming up too.
Assuming, that BoA will be promoting her singles on TV and radio FM too.

This year end will be a busy for BoA. As well as fan’s pocket will be quite empty too. haha

BoA and Tohoshinki(DBSK) to Participate in UNICEF’s Charity Project “Happy Birthday Download for Chi

Come across this news, that say BoA to be participating in UNICEF’s Charity Project “Happy Birthday Download for Children”. It was said that  DBSK(Tohoshinki) and BoA will be participating in this UNICEF’s Charity Project “Happy Birthday Download for Children” with other artists.

Remember, the last time I read about BoA’s manager’s blog mentioned that she is recording a song recently, mostly will be this as well.

This is quite rare, to see BoA and DBSK to come together these days, although they are in the same company.

UNICEF organization in Japan is a charity project for the children of the world. The project name for this charity is “Happy Birthday Download for Children”. The song will be available for download on 11/2. Should be in November.

Each artists will be singing the full song/mp3 of  “Happy Birthday to You” for UNICEF’s Charity Project of their own.
Hence, fans can get the version of BoA Happy Birthday to You mp3.
Cool arrangement, I guess, other charity project usually just include artists in one song, rather than having them to sing each by themselves.

The download taxes and the commission will be donate to UNICEF’s Charity.
In addition, it was said that J-WAVE new radio show “Happy Birthday for Children” will be  11/1 will be broadcasting the songs on 11/1 as well as the comments from each artists each day.

Hopefully, fans from other country can download the version of BoA Happy Birthday to You mp3 too.

Oh and BoA’s 22nd birthday is nearing the date too is on 5th November 2009, another 1o over days.

[Trans] 091021 Tohoshinki and other Artists to particiapte in UNICEF’s Charity Project “Happy Birthday Download for Children”

The non-profit UNICEF organization in Japan has started a charity project for the sake of children around the world called “Happy Birthday Download for Children”. The songs of artists who have agreed to support this project will be available to download on 11/2.

In this project, each day, one version of each artist singing the song “Happy Birthday to You” will be available on download site. For each download, the tax as well as the commission fee of the song will be donated to UNICEF.

Artists who participate in this project include Aira Mitsuki、AFRA、Ando Yuko、GIRL NEXT DOOR、Kaji Hideki、Koda Kumi、Goto Maki、Sekai Ichi、Tanimura Nana、THE BAWDIES、Harada Tomoyo、BoA、Hotei Tomoyasu、Mochida Kaori、Leyona、YMCK and many others, which make 110 artists in total (as of 10/20).
